3D animation, AI rotoscoping, and normal rotoscoping are the main methods used to create these. A majority of the clips shown are narrated by an AI Dick Cheney to further show the effects the many wars he was able to create . Many of the videos presented are transition bumpers for VWLS TV (all original audio remixed by myself except for Reel).
